Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have a further 14 days to return the product. You will then be reimbursed for the full amount of the order, including shipping. You will only be responsible for the cost of returning the package from your home to the webshop. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur in its original condition and packaging, if reasonably possible. To exercise this right, please contact us at orders@slimex15-plus.com. We will refund the amount of the order within 14 days of notification of the return.

You can return the product:

• If you cancel an order within 14 days of receipt. After these 14 days, you have 14 days to effectively return the product.
• If the product is complete;
• If you discover that there is a manufacturing error
• As the products are in their original condition, that is, the packaging must be intact.

You cannot return the product:

• If you do not have the original packaging;
• If the 14-day period has been exceeded.
