Next day delivery in Spain

When payment is authorised or received, both the customer and Global Supplements receive an email stating that payment has been successfully processed. We then proceed to process your order. Orders received before 17:00 GMT+1 (CET) are 99% guaranteed to be shipped the same day. During busy periods, products will be shipped no later than the next day.

In the event that products are out of stock, you will be notified by email with an estimated delivery time, giving you the opportunity to cancel or change your order, wait for the missing products to be replenished, or have the shipment made in two parts (the second shipment will be at our expense).

We ship with DHL Express, DHL Parcel and UPS.

Once shipped, you will receive an email with tracking and tracing details, so you can follow your package to your doorstep. The email will be sent to the address provided at the time of placing your order.

We ship products from Spain.

Estimated delivery times Shipments to Europe: EU = 24 to 48 hours Rest of the world 3 to 7 days.

Free shipping on orders over €75 in Spain

• Shipping costs (EU zone) are free from €80 to 100
• Shipping costs to other countries (rest of the world) are free from €225

 

Global Supplements cannot be held responsible for order delays due to issues with DHL Express, DHL Parcel or UPS. However, we will do our best to resolve any issues that arise. If you have not received your goods within the expected time, please contact us so we can investigate.
